- You grant access through accounts you control. Every action is logged, you can revoke access at any time, and we remove it at handover.
- Vendor-neutral and yours.
- Every file, map, spec, prompt, configuration and line of code is delivered in editable form, in your name. Use it with your team or any provider.
- Fixed price, written scope.
- The price, the caps and what is not included are written into your order. Anything extra is quoted in writing first, and you can say no.

Can all of this be done remotely?
Yes. Workshops, interviews, screen-share walkthroughs and readouts run on video, and work on your systems runs through remote access you grant. We never offer on-site work, so the dates are the same wherever your teams are.
What access do you need to our systems?
Only what the package needs, and read-only wherever that is enough. The Briefing needs none. The Audit and the Blueprint need screen-share sessions and, where available, exports. The Pilot needs access to the systems in its process, through accounts you control. You can revoke it at any time, and we remove it at handover.
Does our data end up in an AI model?
Not to train one: we never train a model on your data. What we build runs in your own accounts, with the model provider and region you choose. The Pilot’s AI steps are tested for prompt injection and data leakage before go-live.
Can you work with our procurement?
Yes. Invoices are issued in US dollars by Terablock Consulting LLC, in your company’s name. Need a purchase order, supplier registration, an NDA or an invoice before you pay? Ask us and we send what your procurement team needs.
What if we don’t continue after the package?
You keep everything, and it works without us: your team runs the Briefing’s 90-day plan, any developer can build from the Audit’s spec, the Blueprint is ready to tender, and the Pilot runs in your accounts with its runbook. If you do continue within 60 days, the full fee counts toward the next step.
